- Establishing & Maintaining Quality System to meet customer requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
- Ensuring Supplier Quality performance in co-ordination with supply chain team
- Controlling of In-house testing & Calibration facility
- Upgrading Quality System in line with growing stakeholders needs
- Handling customers issues and ensuring actions taken
- Being a nodal person for establishing PPAP, PFMEA & Control Plan
Key Result areas
- Scoring in external & Customer audits
- Number of customer complaints / customer return PPM
- Internal rejection plan
